Every author brings their own story to LifeBook Memoirs, but some also bring very particular needs about how that story should be told. In her testimonial, EnhBuren Tsegmid reflects on what it meant to have those requirements not just acknowledged but carefully fulfilled \u2013 and how the right match between author and team shaped everything that followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The LifeBook Memoirs team has done exceptional work in creating my autobiography. They carefully followed my special requirements that my interviewer and ghostwriter be bilingual and have firsthand experience of immigration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My interviewer, Heather, and ghostwriter, Bridgett, deeply understood my challenges, including the nuances in my English-speaking accent. They devoted their hearts, effort and professional skills to bringing this book to life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heather spent a great deal of time with me, not only on photo placement and captions but also on organising the audio highlights. Bridgett assisted with word choices, researched relevant details and crafted appropriate chapter titles and subheadings. She also keenly captured everything I shared during my interviews.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My project manager, Samantha McCarthy, was a wonderful communicator \u2013 attentive, flexible and responsible. She consistently encouraged me during stressful moments. Over the course of the year, we had one or two long-distance phone calls each month to discuss the book\u2019s progress.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
